System Architect

Job Description:

A system architect analyses and encourages the right compound of IT elements to achieve a particular business, department, team, or functional goal.

Responsibilities

• Define and analyses objectives, scope, issues, or organizational impact for systems for new strategic initiatives.

• Design high level solutions for business applications, systems or entire enterprises.

• Brings thought leadership and solution mindset to solve the business problems by effective use of technology.

• Provide technical guidance or support for the development or troubleshooting of systems.

• Ability to lead a team and coach them on architectural path.

• Drive the implementation of new technologies.

• Evaluate existing systems to determine effectiveness and suggest changes to meet organizational requirements.

• Collaborate with business and technology leaders to represent team viewpoints.

Skills and Requirements

• PEGA certified System Architect.

• Thorough understanding of and experience in software development lifecycle and Agile delivery methodology

• Effective written and verbal communication skills (both technical and non-technical)

• Hands on experience with Web Services, SOAP, WSDL.

• Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Bachelor of Engineering in related field.

• 5+ years of experience in IT field.
