Engineering Head

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all aspects of manufacturing engineering across multiple production lines. Oversee assembly line design and optimization for improved efficiency and scalability. Drive New Product Development (NPD) from concept to production, ensuring manufacturability and cost-effectiveness. Lean Manufacturing Practices & Industry automation. Develop and implement production planning strategies to meet business targets. Foster a culture of Operational Excellence , applying lean principles and continuous improvement practices. Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and industry quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and Production. Build and mentor a high-performing team of manufacturing engineers and technicians. Identify and resolve manufacturing issues quickly and effectively under tight deadlines. Monitor KPIs and use data analytics to drive strategic decisions.
