As an Assistant Engineer II Field Service (Projects) at this company in Mumbai, India, you will have a full-time role that involves working on-site and in the office within the Service Operations department. With a minimum of 2-5 years of experience as an engineer in HVAC piping design, project execution, and HVAC accessories & control systems, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of advanced liquid cooling systems for Data Centres. Key Responsibilities: - Lead liquid cooling system projects from concept to completion - Participate in project meetings and provide design inputs - Coordinate cross-functional teams (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing) - Review and approve designs for accuracy and compliance - Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables - Develop test plans and validate cooling system performance - Analyse test data and improve system performance - Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations - Perform preventive maintenance, Bulletin implementation & Troubleshooting of field issues within SLA - Mentor and support team members - Maintain proper documentation and reporting Preferred Criteria Qualifications & Skills: - Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Piping Engineering or related field - Strong knowledge of piping codes and standards (ASHRAE, ASME) - Proficiency in design tools: AutoCAD, Revit, CAESAR II - Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modelling) - Understanding of sustainable and energy-efficient systems - Certification in piping/design (preferred) - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities - Proven track record in project delivery This company emphasizes safety, integrity, respect, teamwork, diversity & inclusion as its core principals.
