About the role
Job Description Engineer I - Field Service (Projects) Location & Role Location: Ahmedabad, India | Full-Time (On-site & Office) | Service Operations Experience 6 - 8 years of experience or fresh graduate with exposure to HVAC/piping systems Basic exposure to chilled water systems, plumbing, pumps, and thermal systems Basic understanding of HVAC accessories and control systems Job Summary Support design, execution, and commissioning of liquid cooling systems for data centres while developing technical expertise Key Responsibilities Project Delivery Support execution of liquid cooling projects under guidance of senior engineers Participate in project meetings and assist in documentation Coordinate with cross-functional teams for site execution activities Assist in tracking project timelines and deliverables Support HVAC chilled water, plumbing, and fire line piping execution Testing & Validation Assist in testing and commissioning of cooling systems Support data collection and basic analysis during validation Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards Service & Operations Apply basic knowledge of heat transfer, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics Support preventive maintenance and troubleshooting activities Assist in implementation of service bulletins Maintain documentation, reports, and site records Preferred Criteria Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Basic knowledge of HVAC and piping systems Exposure to AutoCAD/Revit (preferred) Good communication skills and willingness to learn Basic problem-solving ability and teamwork skills
