Job Description Senior Engineer - Field Service (Projects) Experience 8-10 years of experience in HVAC piping design, chilled water systems, plumbing, fire line execution, and HVAC control systems Hands-on experience in primary & secondary pumps, thermal storage systems, and accessories Job Summary Lead design, development, and execution of liquid cooling systems for data centres with strong thermal and fluid engineering expertise Key Responsibilities Project Delivery Lead end-to-end execution of liquid cooling projects from concept to commissioning Coordinate cross-functional teams (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing) for project delivery Review and approve designs ensuring quality, compliance, and accuracy Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables effectively Execute HVAC chilled water, plumbing, and fire line piping systems Design & Development Lead design of chilled water piping systems including sizing, layout, and material selection Perform hydraulic calculations and system performance analysis Develop and review engineering drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and Creo Testing & Validation Develop and execute test plans for cooling system validation Analyse test data and optimize system performance Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety requirements Service & Operations Apply strong knowledge of heat transfer, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics in projects Manage preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and field issue resolution within SLA Implement service bulletins and ensure system reliability Mentor junior engineers and support team development Maintain proper technical documentation and reporting Preferred Criteria Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical or Piping Engineering Strong knowledge of ASHRAE and ASME standards Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, CAESAR II, and BIM tools Experience in energy-efficient and sustainable system design Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills Proven track record in successful project delivery
