Job Description Senior Trace One Devex Consultant Job Title: Senior Trace One Devex Consultant Location: India (Remote) Employment Type: Contract Experience: 8+ Years Joining: Immediate Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior Trace One Devex Consultant with strong Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) domain knowledge and techno-functional expertise. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Trace One Devex and be responsible for delivering end-to-end solutions, collaborating with business stakeholders, and driving successful implementation across product development, R&D;, and quality initiatives. Mandatory Requirements Strong CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) domain knowledge with Trace One Devex techno-functional expertise. Proven experience driving end-to-end solution ownership for Trace One Devex capabilities. Experience working closely with business stakeholders to translate R&D; and Quality requirements into Trace One Devex configurations and functional designs. Hands-on experience acting as a senior techno-functional consultant for Trace One Devex across requirement analysis, solution design, configuration, and delivery phases. Experience supporting integration discussions with upstream and downstream enterprise systems such as ERP, LIMS, and PLM. Strong understanding of CPG best practices, standard data models, and application performance considerations. Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a remote/offshore delivery environment. Immediate joiners or candidates available to join as soon as possible are highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and deliver scalable Trace One Devex solutions. Lead solution design, functional configuration, testing, deployment, and production support activities. Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare functional specifications, solution design documents, and implementation documentation. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and post-production stabilization. Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend industry best practices. Ensure timely and high-quality project delivery while maintaining governance, quality, and compliance standards. Mentor junior consultants and provide technical and functional guidance when required. Required Skills 8+ years of overall IT experience. Strong hands-on experience with Trace One Devex implementation, configuration, and support. Solid Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) domain experience. Experience in Product Development, Research & Development (R&D;), and Quality Management processes. Good understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). Experience integrating enterprise applications such as ERP, LIMS, and PLM systems. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
