Project Architect-Design

As a Design Architect at this company, your role will involve appraising the client's brief to produce Concept and schematic design. You will work closely with the technical team to deliver detail design, tender documents, specifications, and site follow-up. Key Responsibilities: - Exhibit exceptional design, documentation, and graphic communication skills - Develop concepts based on research through best practice case studies - Analyze and translate principal Architect's design concepts into preliminary sketches and drafts - Ability to lead 2-3 projects simultaneously and coordinate with other consultants - Coordinate with and supervise your own team of architects and Architectural technicians - Show commitment to raising Vivek Shankar Architects design principles and approach Qualifications Required: - Design Architect with at least 6 years of experience working in a design consultancy or design lead Architect office - Strong design and commercial skills - Effective team player with excellent client meeting, presentation, and report writing skills - Experience in interpreting and understanding local rules, regulations, and design guides - Appreciation and working knowledge of sustainable design techniques and solutions - Good command of written and spoken English Software Skills: - Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3DS Max, V-ray, Lumion, Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint - Parametric modelling like Rhino & grasshopper (Preferable) Any additional details of the company were not provided in the job description.
