Senior Project Architect

Role Overview: VIVEK SHANKAR ARCHITECTS is seeking a Project Architect to lead a team of Architects and manage multiple projects from schematic design to implementation on site. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical delivery of projects, ensuring quality in detail designing and site execution, and driving the learning initiative of the team. Key Responsibilities: - Manage 3-5 projects from schematic design to implementation on site - Oversee all technical delivery of projects up to project execution - Update global projects to team members and implement relevant strategies - Independently design and execute projects - Monitor and ensure quality of drawings - Utilize BIM 360 advantageously - Practice core values of the firm - Explore new design directions - Communicate effectively with team members and consultants - Handle team scheduling, communication, and client updates - Generate critical paths for projects Qualifications: - B. Arch. from a reputed institute, M.
