We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Project Architect to join our team in a full time capacity at our Bengaluru office. Heading a team of Architects will manage 1-3 projects from schematic to implementation on site. - Applicants must exhibit sound Monitoring and checking the quality of drawings. Candidate with experience in BIM will be of first preference. - Responsible for all technical delivery of projects involved up to project execution and assist the team leader to deliver drawings and documents. - Intellectual updating of global projects to team members in order of relevance to the work in the studio - Must have experience and capability in delivering independently designing, detailing and executing projects with minimal supervision. - Must have experience to deliver projects under a structured SOP. - Experience with BIM 360 is an advantage. - Independently handle the client management to ensure seamless execution of the project - To make use of the Opportunity to be part of the management and avail the coaching and development offered by the experienced Leadership Team. - Clearly and concisely communicate with both internal team members and consultants throughout project duration regarding design development, project execution and follow through. Software Capabilities - Should have thorough working knowledge of Revit BIM enabling applications. Project experience in BIM will be an advantage. - Must be well versed in Revit Architecture, AutoCAD, Sketchup ,3DS max, Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint. Should have hands on experience in handling projects individually of different typologies with minimal supervision. Experience in dealing with multiple consultants and managing projects is important. 10 + years experience in solid companies required. Those with lesser experience can be considered for Project Architect From a reputed institute, M. Experience in similar type of role. o Coaching and mentoring skills .
