Data Engineer Location: Gurugram, Hyderabad Experience Required: Minimum 7.5 years Educational Qualification: BE/BTech (Mandatory) Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer with expertise in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing, developing, and maintaining robust data solutions. This role requires the ability to build scalable data pipelines, ensure data quality, and implement efficient ETL processes to enable seamless data migration and deployment across systems. As a subject matter expert (SME), you will also provide technical leadership, guide the team, and collaborate across multiple stakeholders to drive key data initiatives. Key Responsibilities Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Data Engineering and Data Modeling. Lead, mentor, and collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality data solutions. Drive decision-making within the team and contribute to critical cross-team initiatives. Design, develop, and maintain scalable data solutions for data generation, collection, and processing. Build and manage data pipelines to ensure seamless data flow and availability. Implement and optimize ETL processes for data migration and deployment across systems. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across all processes. Provide innovative solutions to technical challenges within the team and organization. Professional Technical Skills Must-Have Skills Proven expertise in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies. Strong experience in designing and implementing ETL processes. Ability to design scalable and efficient data pipelines. Good-to-Have Skills Hands-on experience with Data Engineering tools and practices. Exposure to Cloud Data Migration projects. Knowledge of modern cloud platforms and data storage solutions. Additional Information This is a senior-level role requiring a minimum of 7.5 years of relevant experience. The role is based at our Gurugram office. Candidates must hold a BE or BTech degree.
