T Job Title: Application Tech Support Practitioner - SailPoint IdentityIQ Location: Bengaluru, India Experience Required: Minimum 7.5 years Education: Graduate (preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field) Project Role Description: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner , you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. You will use your expertise to define, interpret, and design resolutions for client issues, ensuring the stability and performance of world-class systems. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ components following design and coding best practices Complete technical Production Service Acceptance (PSA) deliverables Create and manage tasks in Azure DevOps (ADO) Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies and refinement meetings, providing accurate estimates and clarifications Identify and raise risks or issues, and contribute to mitigation plans Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality support and solutions Stay updated on security products, IDAM products, and evolving technologies and processes Must Have Skills: Expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ Strong understanding of software/application/cloud technical support Experience in accurately defining and resolving complex client issues Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Quick learner, proactive, and detail-oriented Good to Have Skills: Proficiency in Java and J2EE development with SailPoint Familiarity with XML, Beanshell, SAML, and LDAP concepts Professional Technical Skills: SailPoint Identity and Access Management (IIQ) Java, J2EE XML, Beanshell scripting SAML, LDAP concepts Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps Additional Information: Minimum 7.5 years of relevant experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills The position is based in our Bengaluru office
