Roles and Responsibilities : - Lead a team of engineers to design, develop, test, and deploy software applications using standardization tools such as STD. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and ensure successful delivery of projects on time and within budget. - Develop and maintain technical documentation for software systems, including architecture designs, system diagrams, and user manuals. - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to improve their skills and knowledge. Job Requirements : - 10-14 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in team leading. - Solid understanding of standardization tools such as STD (Standard Template Development). - Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
