Web Security Analyst (Hyderabad)

The Senior Security Systems Engineer will join a forward-thinking security team focused on transforming enterprise infrastructure to a cloud-centric, trusted computing platform. This role supports the design, implementation, and maintenance of Cloudflare WAF and related web security tools to help protect Voya customers. Primary Responsibilities: - Platform engineering for Cloudflare WAF and supported web security platforms. - Design requirements and configuration to maximize value to the enterprise. - Oversight of day-to-day operational support for Cloudflare WAF and integrated security solutions. - Integration of Cloudflare WAF with other technical platforms (e.g., SIEM, IAM, cloud services). - Driving adoption of Cloudflare WAF and security automation deeper into the enterprise. - Experience with: - Cloudflare WAF configuration, rule management, and threat mitigation. - Multi-factor authentication (MFA) implementations. - Web reverse proxies and API security (RESTful/SOAP). - Up-to-date web authentication (Mutual TLS, SAML, OAuth, JWT, etc.). - Scripting for automation and integration (Javascript, Bash, Python, etc.). - GIT or other version control systems. - Understanding and troubleshooting SSL/TLS encryption, web traffic, and packet analysis. - Defining standards, guidelines, leading practices, metrics, and continuous validation of web security systems. - Troubleshooting complex problems related to web security and infrastructure. - Learning and implementing new security products as needed (with a focus on cloud-native solutions). - Developing pioneering approaches to emerging information security trends and assisting with automation. The ideal candidate should have: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years in enterprise IT environments. 3-5 years in monitoring, developing, and implementing web security systems (preferably with Cloudflare WAF).
