Hiring: Learning Management System (LMS) Specialist Location: Bengaluru | Experience: 3+ Years | Salary: 7.5 LPA Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented LMS Specialist to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of digital learning. You will be responsible for everything from course architecture and event scheduling to live session facilitation and technical troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities Course Management: Upload and create courses; draft comprehensive course overviews and detail pages. Event Coordination: Schedule learning events, manage learner registrations, and facilitate live sessions. Technical Support: Resolve login, audio, and video issues for participants; act as the primary technical point of contact. Facilitator Support: Set up private communication channels (chat pods) for facilitators and provide them with daily/weekly enrollment updates. Administration: Mark attendance, track course completions, record sessions, and capture learner feedback. Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless training delivery. Candidate Requirements Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in LMS administration. Technical Skills: Proficiency in managing LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, CornerStone, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar) and virtual meeting tools (Zoom, MS Teams, Webex). Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with participants and stakeholders. Availability: Ready to work from the Bengaluru office.
