Job Description (JD) Oracle CX Cloud Consultant Locations: Pune | Chennai | Bangalore | Hyderabad Experience: 3+ Years Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO) Relocation: Open to Relocate Across India Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Oracle CX Cloud Consultant to implement, configure, and support Oracle Customer Experience (CX) Cloud applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional knowledge of Oracle CX modules and hands-on experience in implementation, support, rollout, and enhancement projects. Key Responsibilities Implement, configure, and support Oracle CX Cloud applications. Gather business requirements and recommend Oracle CX solutions. Configure Oracle CX modules based on business needs. Support application enhancements and change requests. Work closely with business users to optimize customer engagement processes. Perform system testing, UAT support, deployment, and post-production support. Troubleshoot production issues and resolve functional incidents. Drive user adoption and business process improvements. Prepare functional documentation, solution designs, and user manuals. Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and customizations. Participate in implementation, rollout, migration, upgrade, and support projects.
