Hiring Oracle EBS HCM Consultant | 2+ Years | Up to 6.5 LPA | Bangalore Location: Bangalore Experience: 2+ Years CTC: Up to 6.5 LPA Qualification: BE/B.Tech / Any Graduate Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred Shift: General Shift Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS HCM Consultant with expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation, configuration, and support. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and other Oracle HCM modules, along with exposure to data migration, testing, and end-user support. Key Responsibilities Support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle HCM Cloud modules. Configure and customize Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits, and Talent Management modules. Gather and analyze business requirements and prepare functional specifications. Perform system configuration, functional testing, and solution validation. Execute data migration activities using HDL (HCM Data Loader) and HSDL (HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader). Prepare functional design documents, test scripts, user guides, and implementation documentation. Provide end-user support, issue resolution, and user training. Work closely with technical consultants, developers, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure Oracle HCM solutions follow Oracle best practices. Stay updated with Oracle HCM Cloud enhancements, releases, and certifications.
