Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant | Oracle ERP Cloud | 7+ Years | 40 LPA | Bhubaneswar Location: Bhubaneswar Experience: 7+ Years CTC: Up to 40 LPA Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud Financials implementation, configuration, testing, integration, and post-production support. The ideal candidate should have end-to-end implementation experience and excellent functional knowledge across Oracle Fusion Financial modules. Key Responsibilities Conduct pre-implementation workshops with business and IT stakeholders. Analyze business requirements and perform Fit-Gap Analysis. Configure Oracle Fusion Financial Cloud modules. Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD) and Configuration Documents. Execute complete implementation lifecycle from CRP to Go-Live. Perform SIT, UAT, CRP1, CRP2, and Production testing. Handle master data and transaction data migration using FBDI. Validate and reconcile migrated financial data. Develop business specifications for BI Publisher reports. Coordinate with technical teams for report development. Prepare test scripts and publish testing results. Deliver user training and create training documentation. Provide Hypercare and Post Go-Live support. Identify business process improvements and share operational metrics.
