Desktop Support Executive

You will be responsible to provide desktop technical support to end users across the organization. This includes troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, operating system, and application-related issues. You will need to efficiently diagnose and resolve Windows OS-related problems and provide support to users through remote access. Key Responsibilities: - Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices. - Respond to incidents, service requests, and technical queries within defined SLAs. - Communicate technical solutions in a simple and understandable manner.
