About the role
Location: Canada & Australia Experience: 5-15 Salary:- 32LPA - 40LPA Design, develop, and optimize chemical manufacturing processes for efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness. Conduct research and analyze data to improve production methods, product quality, and process performance. Monitor and troubleshoot production equipment and chemical processes to minimize downtime and maximize output. Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations, as well as industry standards. Prepare process flow diagrams, technical reports, operating procedures, and engineering documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, maintenance, and research & development. Perform process simulations and evaluate equipment performance to recommend improvements or modifications. Manage projects involving process design, plant expansion, equipment installation, and commissioning. Analyze production costs, material usage, and energy consumption to identify opportunities for cost reduction and sustainability.
