About the role
Location:- Canada & Australia Experience:- 5-15 Salary:- 25LPA - 32LPA Monitor and maintain plant equipment to ensure maximum uptime, reliability, and operational efficiency. Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce equipment failures and downtime. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system issues and coordinate corrective actions. Analyze plant performance data and recommend improvements to increase productivity, efficiency, and cost savings. Manage engineering projects, including equipment installation, plant upgrades, process improvements, and facility expansions. Collaborate with production, maintenance, quality, and operations teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes. Prepare and maintain engineering documentation, including technical drawings, maintenance records, operating procedures, and reports. Evaluate new equipment and technologies to improve plant performance, reliability, and operational effectiveness. Manage budgets related to maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects while controlling operational costs. Train and guide maintenance technicians and plant personnel on equipment operation, troubleshooting, and safety procedures.
