Position: Data Platform Support Engineer Location: Chennai/Hyderabad Mode: Full time We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Data Platform Support Engineer to join our enterprise data platform team. This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, scalability, reliability, and operational excellence of critical data platforms that support enterprise analytics, governance, and observability initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in platform engineering, cloud operations, DevOps practices, infrastructure automation, and platform administration. The role will primarily support strategic platforms including Starburst (Trino), Monte Carlo, and Atlan, operating within a modern Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ecosystem. This position requires strong technical troubleshooting skills, a proactive automation mindset, experience managing production-grade platforms, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, global engineering teams, and external technology vendors. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving platform reliability, operational efficiency, governance enablement, and cost optimization initiatives across the enterprise. .
