About the role
Company Name : Willware Technologies Role :Oracle EBS Functional Support Analyst Experience : 7+ Years Remote 2:30 PM IST to 11:30 PM IST Roles and Responsibilities Oracle EBS Level 1 Support Respond to user requests and incidents related to Oracle EBS modules. Provide functional support for: Oracle Accounts Payable (AP) Oracle Accounts Receivable (AR) Oracle General Ledger (GL) Oracle Purchasing (PO) Oracle Inventory Oracle Order Management (OM) Troubleshoot transaction errors and workflow issues. Monitor and assist with failed concurrent requests. Validate data entry and identify user-related errors. Assist users with report execution and navigation. Create and maintain knowledge base articles. Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2 or Level 3 support teams. Track tickets through resolution and communicate status updates. The candidate should possess L1 help desk management experience along with Oracle EBS Administration as the primary skill. A secondary skill in Microsoft-related applications, particularly for handling password changes and L1 ticket resolution, is required. Strong communication skills are essential. This role is for the second shift, from 2:30 PM IST to 11:30 PM IST.
