Job Description Senior Application Engineer Senior Application Engineer Location: Mumbai About Worldline At Worldline, we are pioneers in payments technology, creating innovative solutions for secure, accessible financial transactions worldwide We foster an inclusive environment where diverse perspectives drive innovation and success The Opportunity As a Senior Application Engineer, you'll manage critical infrastructure systems and ensure high availability of our enterprise IT environment Your expertise in Windows Server administration, virtualization, and automation will maintain our robust technology platform while solving complex technical challenges Key Responsibilities Manage Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 lifecycle (install, patch, harden, capacity planning) Administer virtualization platforms: HCI, Nutanix, VMware, Hyper-V Maintain Windows failover clustering and DR/BCP using SRM/SCVMM SSL/TLS lifecycle management and web server administration (IIS/Apache) DNS and Active Directory/LDAP management Incident/problem/change management aligned with ITIL/ITSM System monitoring, performance tuning, vulnerability management PowerShell automation and scripting Technical documentation and stakeholder communication Technical Skills & Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent 68 years Windows Server administration experience Strong virtualization experience (HCI, Nutanix, VMware, Hyper-V) Windows clustering, DR/BCP, SSL/TLS management DNS, Active Directory/LDAP, PowerShell scripting ITIL/ITSM awareness Proficiency in English (verbal and written) Preferred: Certifications: MCSE/MCSA, VMware VCP, Nutanix NCP, ITIL PKI/certificate services, backup/recovery solutions Load balancers, cloud/hybrid architecture experience Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Professional communication and collaboration skills Detail-oriented with excellent time management Available for on-call rotation and travel as needed Why Join Us Join a global team shaping the future of payments technology through extensive training, mentorship, and development programs We support your growth in an environment where your ideas and perspectives are valued We are an Equal Opportunity Employer Learn more about life at Worldline at Jobs worldline
