Computer Systems Analyst

Job Duties: Work with Business Users and Systems Users to gather and analyze requirements. Analyze and document the current customer information systems, including the CRM transaction systems and data warehouses to understand customer environment. Estimation of Solution, Testing Efforts and Schedule for Delivering change requests. Collaborate with Developers and Product Management teams in discussing about the new features and provide suggestions. Create and maintain application overview document (AOD). Create transformation specification documents and data structure specification documents for different transaction systems and data warehousing systems. Involve in designing and implementation of various workflows, which includes auth, capture, re-capture, and settlement. Involve in various phases of development Life Cycle and developed business components in Java/J2EE. Work on SFTP protocols in downloading secured bin files consisting of bin values from acquirers. Estimation of Testing Efforts, Plan Schedule for Delivering change requests. Validation and Testing of end to end data and function flow between the transaction systems and data warehouse systems. Document existing and new process flows and Possible Transaction Errors & resolutions. Review the Unit Testing and Systems testing plans and review them with the business stakeholders. Extensively use Spring Batch using Spring IOC dependencies for developing batch processing. Job Requirements: Require Master’s Degree or Foreign Equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Computer Information Systems or related field. Require one year of experience in job offered, Software Consultant, Programmer, Software Engineer, Systems Analyst or related, using Spring, J2EE, Agile and Scrum . Require travel/relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the United States.
