About the role
Job Title: IT Support (Hardware & Software) Location: Noida Extension Experience: 1–3 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and applications. Troubleshoot system and network issues, diagnosing and resolving hardware/software faults. Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment. Manage software installation, updates, and licensing compliance. Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure smooth operations. Assist with setting up new user accounts, email configurations, and access permissions. Perform routine system maintenance, data backups, and security checks. Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment procurement, repairs, or replacements. Maintain IT documentation, inventory, and asset management records. Provide both on-site and remote IT support to staff as required. Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Strong knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems (Windows/Linux). Basic knowledge of software applications (MS Office, Antivirus, etc.). Familiarity with LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls. Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
