We organize product delivery into five focused Agile Pods Titan, Atlas, Nova, Pulse, and Bridge each owning a distinct part of the Zato platform end-to-end, backed by dedicated cross-pod functions in engineering infrastructure (Forge), security & compliance (Shield), quality (Vanguard), and customer success (Summit). We're hiring a dedicated Product Manager for each Pod to own its roadmap and take it to its next stage of growth, partnering closely with each Pod's engineering SPOC(s), the PMO, and the wider Zato leadership team. About the Role Bridge connects Zato to the broader financial and business ecosystem. As Bridge's Product Manager, you'll own the end-to-end integrations roadmap deciding what Zato connects to next, and how. What You'll Do Product Strategy & Roadmap Own the end-to-end integrations roadmap across Zato's ecosystem of partner and customer systems Build a point of view on which integrations unlock the most customer and business value next Execution & Delivery Define requirements for new integrations based on customer demand and market opportunity Partner with Bridge's engineering team to scope integration architecture and sequencing Establish integration quality, reliability, and monitoring standards with Infrastructure (Forge) and Security (Shield) Cross-Functional Collaboration Represent the voice of the customer on integration needs, partnering closely with Customer Success (Summit) Coordinate with QA (Vanguard) on integration testing and reliability validation Work with the PMO to sequence integration releases against partner and customer timelines What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months) Shipped at least one new high-demand integration from concept to production Established integration quality/reliability standards in partnership with Forge and Shield Built a prioritized integrations roadmap grounded in real customer and partner demand What We're Looking For Must-Haves 68 years of Product Management experience Strong, proven experience in integrations APIs, partner ecosystems, data pipelines Ability to manage complex technical dependencies across multiple systems Strong communication skills to align customers, partners, and internal engineering teams Comfort prioritizing a roadmap shaped by external partner timelines as well as internal ones Nice-to-Haves Experience with API-first products or platform/marketplace ecosystems Background working with technical partners or systems integrators Familiarity with fintech data pipelines (ERP, banking, or accounting system integrations) Ways of Working You'll operate inside Zato's Agile Pod model partnering closely with Bridge's engineering SPOC(s), collaborating with cross-pod functions (Forge, Shield, Summit, Vanguard) as needed, and working alongside the PMO on delivery planning and sprint releases. Day to day, you'll live in a roadmap/sprint tool (e.g., Jira or Linear), design reviews in Figma, and analytics tooling to track feature performance.
