We combine intelligent automation, agentic AI, and enterprise-grade compliance to help accounting and finance teams close faster, work smarter, and stay audit-ready without the manual grind. We're growing fast, and product is at the center of that growth. We organize product delivery into five focused Agile Pods Titan, Atlas, Nova, Pulse, and Bridge each owning a distinct part of the Zato platform end-to-end, backed by dedicated cross-pod functions in engineering infrastructure (Forge), security & compliance (Shield), quality (Vanguard), and customer success (Summit). We're hiring a dedicated Product Manager for each Pod to own its roadmap and take it to its next stage of growth, partnering closely with each Pod's engineering SPOC(s), the PMO, and the wider Zato leadership team. About the Role Nova is home to Ziffy, Zato's agentic AI experience, along with document-intelligence features like PDF Splitter, File Categorisation, and ZBOX. As Nova's Product Manager, you'll define what agentic AI means for Zato's customers and drive it from concept to production. What You'll Do Product Strategy & Roadmap Define and drive the product vision for Ziffy, Zato's core agentic AI experience Build a prioritized roadmap balancing new AI capabilities with document-intelligence features Execution & Delivery Own requirements for document-intelligence features: PDF Splitter, File Categorisation, and ZBOX Partner with Nova's engineering team to scope and sequence AI capability delivery Establish success metrics for AI-driven features and iterate based on real usage data Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with QA (Vanguard) to define testing approaches specific to AI-driven features Partner with Customer Success (Summit) to understand how customers actually use Ziffy in the field Stay aligned with Security & Compliance (Shield) on responsible-AI and data-handling requirements What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months) Shipped a meaningful new capability for Ziffy based on a clear, validated customer use case Established success metrics for AI features and a regular cadence for reviewing them Built a prioritized roadmap balancing document-intelligence features with core Ziffy capabilities What We're Looking For Must-Haves 68 years of Product Management experience Strong, hands-on experience building agentic AI products Comfort working with engineering on model behavior, prompt design, and AI-driven UX Data-driven approach to defining and measuring AI feature success Genuine curiosity about where agentic AI is headed, and a point of view on how to apply it responsibly Nice-to-Haves Experience with LLM-based products, prompt engineering, or applied ML Background in document processing or intelligent automation Comfort with rapid experimentation and iterative AI product cycles Ways of Working You'll operate inside Zato's Agile Pod model partnering closely with Nova's engineering SPOC(s), collaborating with cross-pod functions (Forge, Shield, Summit, Vanguard) as needed, and working alongside the PMO on delivery planning and sprint releases. Day to day, you'll live in a roadmap/sprint tool (e.g., Jira or Linear), design reviews in Figma, and analytics tooling to track feature performance.
