Hiring for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Experience : 15 to 20 Years Location: Hyderabad Looking for immediate Joiners General shift Mandatory to Have: Relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors & Extensive experience in SAP Payroll, Integration of EC-ECP experience ,UK payroll experience Mandatory Job Description: We are looking for a highly experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Solution Architect to lead end-to-end payroll architecture, design, implementation, and governance across global payroll programs. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in SAP Payroll/ECP, ECECP integration, payroll configuration, and enterprise-level stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities: Lead overall solution architecture and roadmap for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).Design and configure complex payroll components including Schemas, PCRs, Wage Types, Valuation Rules, Retro Payroll, and Off-Cycle Payroll.Manage ECECP integration using Business Integration Builder (BIB), IDocs, APIs, and replication monitoring.Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, Payroll Control Center (PCC), validations, audits, and statutory compliance.Define and lead testing strategies including SIT, UAT, Parallel Payroll, and Cutover.Govern payroll data migration, reconciliation, and validation during implementation.Act as L4 escalation point for critical payroll and integration issues.Ensure compliance with global statutory regulations, GDPR, SOX, and audit requirements.Engage with HR, Finance, Audit, and senior business stakeholders.
