Padmi is a platform that allows users to connect their email accounts (including Gmail) in order to read, compose, send, and manage emails on their behalf, as explicitly initiated or configured by the user.

Padmi only accesses user data with explicit user consent and solely to provide user-requested functionality.

2.1 Google Account & Gmail Data

With your explicit authorization via Google OAuth, Padmi may access the following Gmail data only as necessary to provide the service you request:

  • Email message metadata (sender, recipient, subject, timestamps)

  • Email message content (only when required to read, draft, send, or manage emails)

  • Drafts and sent messages created through Padmi

  • Gmail labels (if required for organization or automation features)

Padmi does not access Gmail data unless you explicitly authorize it.

  • User ID associated with Padmi

  • Authentication tokens (securely stored)

2.3 Usage & Technical Information

We may collect:

3. How We Use Your Information

Padmi uses data strictly to:

  • Display emails within the Padmi interface

We do not use Gmail data for advertising, profiling, or training AI models.

4. Google API Limited Use Disclosure

Padmi’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically:

  • We only use Gmail data to provide user-facing features initiated by the user.

  • We do not sell Gmail data.

  • We do not use Gmail data for advertising.

  • We do not transfer Gmail data to third parties except as necessary to provide Padmi’s core functionality or to comply with law.

  • Gmail data is stored only when necessary to provide the service.

You can revoke Padmi’s access to your Gmail account at any time by:

  1. Visiting your Google Account → Security → Third-party access

  2. Removing Padmi

Revocation immediately stops Gmail data access.

10. Children’s Privacy

Padmi is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13 (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. International Users

If you access Padmi from outside your home country, you understand that your data may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions with different data protection laws.
