Padmi acts only as a tool provider and does not initiate email activity without user authorization.

Padmi integrates with third-party services (such as Google Gmail) to provide core functionality.

By connecting your account:

Padmi is not responsible for third-party service interruptions or changes.

You retain full ownership of all emails, messages, and content you create or send via Padmi (“User Content”).

Padmi does not claim ownership of your User Content.

6.2 License to Operate the Service

You grant Padmi a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access, process, and transmit User Content solely to provide the Service.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to the Padmi Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information and Gmail data.

8. Service Availability and Changes

Padmi may:

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

PADMI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES

  • LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS

  • ERRORS OR MISDELIVERED EMAILS CAUSED BY USER CONFIGURATION OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

PADMI’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU (IF ANY) TO PADMI IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Padmi from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your communications or User Content

13. Intellectual Property

The Padmi platform, including software, design, trademarks, and logos, is owned by Padmi and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute Padmi materials without permission.
