Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a contract between you and Padmi (“Padmi,” “we,” “us”) governing your use of padmi.ai and the services we provide there (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company, and “you” includes it.

Padmi provides (a) a job-application platform where applicants build profiles, collect anonymous referrals, and apply to roles, and (b) Padmi Recruiter, an AI recruiting agent that sources candidates, drafts and sends outreach from a company’s own connected email, manages replies, and schedules conversations. Padmi Recruiter is currently available by invitation only; booking an introductory call does not by itself create a subscription.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You're responsible for activity under your credentials.
• Workspace owners control who joins their workspace and what their team can see and do.
• Connecting a Google account is optional and governed by the Google-specific terms in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect at any time.

If you use Padmi Recruiter, outreach is sent from your own email address, under your name, to candidates you choose to pursue. You are responsible for:

• Using the Service only for genuine recruiting for roles you are actually hiring for.
• Complying with laws that apply to your outreach and hiring — including anti-spam laws (such as CAN-SPAM), employment and anti-discrimination law, and data-protection law in your jurisdiction.
• Reviewing agent output. Padmi drafts and, where you enable it, sends on your behalf — but it acts under your configuration, and the messages are yours.
• Honoring candidate opt-outs. Padmi enforces a global do-not-contact list automatically; do not attempt to circumvent it.

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent who you are, fabricate referrals, or submit information you know to be false.
• Use the Service to send spam, scrape it, resell it, or probe its security.
• Use candidate data obtained through Padmi for anything other than recruiting for your own roles.
• Reverse-engineer the Service or use it to build a competing dataset.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practical.

The applicant platform is free. Padmi Recruiter is offered under invite-only arrangements agreed with each company in writing (including pricing, usage limits, and term). Where no separate agreement exists, these Terms govern.

We own the Service, including its software, design, and models configuration. You own your data: your profile, your job descriptions, your candidate selections, and the emails sent from your account. You grant us the license needed to operate the Service on that data — and nothing more. Feedback you send us may be used without obligation.

The Service is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that every sourced candidate is accurate or available, or that any application or outreach will lead to an interview, offer, or hire. AI-generated content can be wrong; review it before relying on it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Padmi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the greater of $100 or the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You can stop using Padmi and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Service for breach of these Terms or where required by law. Sections 7–11 survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We’ll revise the date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
