About the role
Job Title: AEM Developer
Location: Arlington, VA - 2-3 days onsite per week
Length: 6-10 months

· 7+ years of Full stack with AEM development experience, including 2+ years with AEM as a Cloud Service.
· Strong expertise in AEM components, templates, workflows, taxonomy, metadata, replication, tagging, analytics, deployments (Maven), and content migration.
· Hands-on experience integrating AEM with Site-minder, Azure AD, and API gateways e.g., Mulesoft.
· Well versed with Azure Boards, Pipeline, Git, Cloud Manager, SonarQube, Blackduck, Selenium and automated unit, functional and UI testing.
· Skilled in developing components to meet non-functional requirements such as accessibility, SEO, URL management, security, performance, and responsiveness.
· Frontend development experience with ReactJS, Angular, CSS3, HTML5, and jQuery.
· Hands-on with search solutions such as Sinequa, Solr/ Lucene, including performance tuning.
· Solid understanding of AEM MSM, blueprinting, personalization, and multivariate testing.
· Proficient in end-to-end content lifecycle management, publishing, and delivery processes.
· Knowledge of cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, and GCP.
· Additional experience with AEM Forms, Cloud Manager, Admin Console, Adobe I/O Runtime, and Adobe I/O Events.
