Job Title: AEM Developer

Location: Remote

Length: 6 months

MUST HAVE

Bachelor's degree in computer science (or equivalent)

5+ years in the software engineering profession across entire SDLC

Experience of the AEM stack –

JCR/OAK, OSGi,

Sling frameworks

Have experience on AEM 6.3 + version

A solid understanding of all AEM building blocks including

Templates,

Components,

Dialogs & design dialog,

Custom widgets and Plug-in

Should have strong understanding AEM development and deployment process.

Should have experience in

Touch UI

HTML Templating Language(HTL)

Sling Models

Experience Fragments

Content Fragments

Content APIs

Experience in developing Single Page Applications on AEM and integration with Front end technologies

Strong knowledge of developing cross-platform/browser compatible, dynamic applications for web and/or mobile

Must have excellent grip over AEM administration activities along with AEM development like Packaging & auto Deployments of AEM

Knowledge of AEM administration and configurations

Good knowledge of Core Java, JSP and Servlets

Good knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript

Must have knowledge Apache webserver and Rewrite rules.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Adobe AEM Developer with strong Java/J2EE background in both front-end web design and AEM integration.

Strong web content management experience with AEM 6.3 + version.

Experience with integrating AEM with other products and vendors.

Solid experience with AEM building blocks including templates, components, dialogs widgets and bundles.

Experience with Java Content Repository (API) suite, Sling web framework and Apache Felix OSGi framework, and DAM.

Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks/libraries (jQuery, Angular, Bootstrap etc.) And CSS or SASS.

Experience with Continuous Integration and related tools (Jenkins /Maven/GitHub).

Expertise in full stack development within AEM

GOOD TO HAVE

Web UI experience with

Bootstrap

Angular/React JS

Front End knowledge of

Comfortable working in ES6 or Typescript

Comfortable working with modern CSS preprocessors

Familiar with Webpack/JS bundlers

Working understanding of Node.js

Experience on some AEM migration project

Integrations between the Adobe Marketing Cloud Products (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Target and Dynamic Tag Management)
