AEP expert who will provide development support and guidance on data related features, personalization, scalability & performance, and tech support.
Your Skills & Experience
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform, including Real-Time CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Customer Journey Analytics.
• Deep understanding of data architecture, identity graphs, XDM schemas, and segmentation logic within AEP.
• Proven experience in data engineering, platform configuration, and integration with external systems and APIs.
• Strong knowledge of personalization frameworks, audience activation, and real-time decisioning.
• Experience optimizing platform performance and scalability in high-volume environments.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable AEP solutions.
• Familiarity with Adobe Launch, Adobe Target, and other Adobe Experience Cloud tools is a plus.

o Identity stitching and profile unification across devices/channels
o Identity namespaces and graph relationships
• Segmentation Service:
o Creating and managing rule-based and streaming segments
o Understanding audience activation and edge segmentation
• Data Ingestion & Sources:
o Batch ingestion (CSV, JSON, SFTP)
o Streaming ingestion (APIs, Adobe Tags, SDKs)
o Source connectors (CRM, POS, web, mobile)
• Experience Data Model (XDM):
o Schema creation and governance
o Merging datasets using schema relationships
o Class and field group customization
• Data Governance:
o Labeling for compliance (e.g., CCPA, GDPR)
o Applying policies for data usage and access
