Join a team deeply committed to delivering highly effective solutions through self-service and automation. - Maintenance and Support: Perform regular maintenance and updates to IT systems troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and support end-users. - Troubleshooting: Resolve complex technical issues escalated from Level 1 and Level 2 support teams providing expert-level troubleshooting and problem resolution. - Security Management: Implement and manage security measures to protect IT infrastructure from cyber threats and ensure compliance with security policies. - Collaboration: Work closely with other IT professionals including network engineers system administrators and security specialists to ensure seamless integration and operation of IT systems. All youll need for success Minimum Qualifications- Education Prior Job Experience - Bachelors degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering Technology Information Systems CIS/MIS Engineering or related technical discipline or equivalent experience/training - Must be willing to work varying shifts Day Night Split or weekends Preferred Qualifications- Education Prior Job Experience - Master's degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering Technology Information Systems CIS/MIS Engineering or related technical discipline or equivalent experience/training - Airline Industry experience Skills Licenses Certifications All candidates will need 3 years experience with: - Apigee experience o Design develop configure and troubleshoot APIs and policies using Apigee Edge o Defining overall API architecture/ implementations integration and deployment of API management platforms and API security and Access control SAML Web SSO SSL/TLS etc o Design API Publishing guidelines API Product designing and implementation of workflow for API Consumer onboarding on Apigee Developer Portal o Implement API security using OAuth 2.0 JWT Encryption/decryption - Data Power experience o Develop complex designs leads abstract concepts and strategies for DataPower Gateway o Implement IBM Integration Bus and deploy message flows to broker instances and execution groups. o Assist in troubleshooting network connectivity problems or authentication/authorization with IBM DataPower Gateway IBM Integration Bus - Understand data security privacy and controls related to file transfers PCI/PII - Knowledge of Windows and Linux a plus - Familiarity with workflow and ITSM tools and ticketing systems - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interface at all levels of the organization - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work independently and perform in a collaborative team-based environment - Basic understanding of server-to-server communication in a large-scale network
