Job Description

We are seeking Application Developers who will be focused on building cloud-native applications that power customer engagement and sales enablement. The ideal candidate brings a strong development background and experience integrating with CCaaS platforms (Contact Center as a Service), helping improve both customer and agent experiences across digital and assisted channels.

Must Haves

8+ years in application development with modern languages/frameworks

Strong experience with cloud-native applications and microservices

Hands-on with DevOps tools (GitHub Actions, Terraform, Datadog, Splunk, etc.)

Solid understanding of marketing tech, sales enablement, and customer engagement systems

Knowledge of consent and permissions frameworks in regulated environments

Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills

Pluses

Experience with hybrid or multi-cloud environments

Familiarity with CDPs, data lakes, and real-time analytics

Background in sales, acquisition, or lead management systems

Exposure to event-driven architectures and enterprise integration patterns

Advanced degree or cloud/architecture certifications (AWS, Azure, TOGAF, SAFe)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cloud-native components that enable sales and marketing workflows

• Build reusable services for lead management, engagement, and conversion

• Partner with product, marketing, data, and engineering teams on new features

• Contribute to CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and observability initiatives

• Leverage AI-driven workflows to speed code generation and testing

• Ensure performance, security, and compliance standards are met

• Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and technical planning sessions
