• Scope - Engagement Abstract: Advisory Service to conduct a current-state (AS/IS) and future-state (TOBE) Alternate Platform evaluation

• Skills Abstract: Work with a team of consultants to review Customer's Current VMware estate and propose the Future State of AWS Outpost environment, plus understand how the technologies align or not.

• Core skills we are looking for:

• • lead workshops related to AWS Outpost

• • work with our Dell Consulting team to answer questions in our Platform Alternative Decision Framework

• • draft up the mitigation plan for addressing gaps in the technologies

• • draft up the roles / responsibilities that will be required to handle the transformation effort as they work through a co-existence phase

• • provide the Enterprise Architecture team the 'consulting services' related to the transformation level of effort (e.g., LoE / SoW)

• • work with sales to help produce a HW/SW BOM

• • produce a conceptual diagram of the proposed future state

• • provide input to the Transformation Roadmap Schedule and Executive Summary
