To support the new HACC and HMA/GMA Dealer/Sales Portals and all the AWS intake work from HMA/GMA Perspective including building the Middleware.

Hybrid - 3 to 4 days on site

Primary Skills - AWS DevOps Engineer with junior level architect skills;

Secondary skills - Java with Springboot and ReactJS(UI)

Description:

Seeking an experienced AWS Developer to be responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, and implementing software projects and tasks. Directly interfacing with user clients about their systems and ensuring their system is functioning correctly.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Analyze all user requests to determine if change to system is necessary.

Work with users on a day-to-day basis to answer any system questions or concerns they may have.

Analyze, Design, Develop, and Implement projects/program changes to your system.

Coordinate and work with other groups when integration projects/issues arise.

Work with all outside vendors that interface with your system when necessary

DECISION MAKING/DISCRETION –

Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.

Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise.

RESULTS - Escalate as needed to address business need when determined to be out of scope of position responsibility.

STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT - Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel.

EDUCATION - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

WORK EXPERIENCE-

Experience working on RESTful Web Services, Microservices, Java Spring boot, ReactJS.

Experience building Web/Mobile applications both UI and Backend (Full stack developer).

6+ years' of consulting experience in AWS – Application setup, monitoring, setting up alerts, logging, tuning and so forth.

Able work as a junior level AWS Architect.

Exposure to other cloud platforms like Azure, SAP BTP.

Experience in working environments using Agile (SCRUM) and Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies.

Experience with building CI/CD pipelines using Gitlab (DevOps role).

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE - Good communication skills – Oral and Written

• CERTIFICATIONS – Nice to have at least one AWS certification.
