Back End Engineer

Responsibilities

• • Write clean and maintainable code in a fast-paced environment

• • Working on Azure Functions written in NodeJS using CosmosDB

• • Provide estimates for the work that you will be doing then meet those estimates

• • Participate in all required agile ceremonies

• • Quickly identify and track down bugs and implement the most effective solution

• • Provide input as required to the planning, requirements definition, and design process

• for new features

• • Provide consistent communication regarding status to both the Engineering and

• Business teams

Skills and Competencies/Education

• • Expertise with NodeJS, CosmosDB

• • Experience with Azure Function Apps, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Application Insights,

• Azure DevOps

• • Experience with 3rd Party API Integration and PowerBI Reporting

• • Experience with other Azure Services such as: Key Vault, Networking, Front Door and

• WAF, API Management Service is a big plus

• • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience

• • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines are essential to success

• • Ability to pick up new responsibilities quickly

• • Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude

• • Experience with the Agile methodology
