Job Title: Backend Java SW Engineer
Duration: 12 months + extensions
On-site: Boston, 4 days/week

Senior Java SW Engineer:
We're seeking Senior Individual Contributors with deep expertise in Java, Node.js, AWS system design, event-driven microservices, performance optimization, and LLM integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Architect modular microservices and event-driven systems using Java/Node.js on AWS (SNS/SQS, Lambda, ECS, Batch).
Drive performance improvements, profiling, fine-tuning, and quality gates for production reliability.
Integrate chatbots and LLMs into backend services for intelligent, scalable applications.
Required Qualifications
8+ years backend experience with Java and Node.js.
Proven system design skills in distributed, microservices architectures.
Hands-on AWS expertise and event-driven patterns.
Track record of performance optimization and modular development.
knowledge and experience with AI, Chatbots, LLM, Model integration is preferred and will give priority.
