Business Analyst

Position Summary:

The analyst will play a key role in supporting an enterprise implementation, encompassing requirements gathering, design, testing, training, implementation, and post-implementation support. This role involves collaboration with business users, implementation team members, and the implementation partner to model, design, develop, test, and deploy application solutions. Additionally, the analyst will oversee Hosting Portal and comprehensive services reporting, as well as design and develop enhancements, fixes, and upgrades post-implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience as a ModelN Analyst.

• Familiarity with ModelN modules using out-of-the-box configurations.

• Strong background in CRM system administration and maintenance.

• Ability to read Java code for issue troubleshooting and tracing.

• Strong problem-solving and debugging capabilities.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Proficiency with ModelN importer and methods.

• Experience in the semiconductor industry (preferred).

• Knowledge of Rosettanet (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Solve business challenges through analytical approaches.

• Document processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables.

• Provide training and support to clients on ModelN products and services.

• Familiarity with revenue management, pricing, or contract management concepts and best practices is a plus.
