Business Analyst – Information Systems | Palmetto GBA (eCommerce / eServices Portal Team)

Visa: Greencard EAD, GC, USC
6+ years IT Business Analysis experience with Agile/Scrum, strong user story writing (with acceptance criteria), experience supporting secure web-based applications, and a basic understanding of Java.
We're looking for a Business Analyst to join our fully onsite team, with the potential to move to partial onsite once trained. Contract-to-hire; candidates requiring sponsorship will not be considered. Credit check required. US residency: foreign nationals must have lived in the US 3 of the last 5 years.
What You'll Bring

Bachelor's in CS, Business Administration, or related field

6 years IT Business Analysis experience.

Agile Scrum experience, writing user stories with acceptance criteria.

Experience with secure web-based applications and basic understanding of Java.

Nice-to-Have: Digital.ai Agility, Agile certifications (CSPO, PMI-ACP), SQL, Visio, Insomnia, understanding of secure application environments.
About the Team
eServices Portal Team – 3 Scrum dev teams (~6 people each).
Collaborative, positive, team-oriented culture.
Projects include Spring upgrades and user-facing enhancements.
Responsibilities

Participate in daily Scrum, refine backlog, write/update user stories.

Collaborate with developers/testers, review API docs, data models, and wireframes.

Ensure security/compliance, integration with Java components.

Support sprint planning, retrospectives, and user acceptance testing (UAT) using Digital.ai Agility.

Hours: 8 AM–5 PM with 1-hour lunch; flexible, occasional off-hours/weekends.
