About the role
Title Business Analyst
Location Mississauga or Remote
Looking for a very solid BSA experience (preferably with a BA certification like IIBA CBAP.) BSA is a specific skill set, not the same as ops support, testing, and data analysis for example. Need to know the processes and skills to elicit requirements, and to facilitate complex requirements calls with multiple stakeholders.

Also solid Agile experience (doesn't have to be SAFe.) They need to know how to take an Epic split it into stories, and manage stories across sprints.

Some experience doing requirements analysis and turning them into UI designs (doesn't have to be high fidelity, just knowing how to do that).

Then of course ability to do basic data analysis. Some other plusses - accustomed to working in a team of BSAs, experience with dashboards, East Coast time zone would be good.
