Title: Business Systems analyst
Location: 100% remote EST working hours expected
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6 months initial expectation + extensions + ability and interest to convert perm without sponsorship required

Must Haves
Versatility across business analysis, operations, and DevSecOps
Ability to manage C2P (Concept to Production) backlog and initiatives
Strong coordination skills across tech and business functions
Understanding of secure deployment practices
Pluses
Experience with application development lifecycle
Familiarity with contact center platforms and integrations
Exposure to cloud security and CI/CD pipelines
Day-to-Day
Prioritize and support cross-functional initiatives through C2P process
Coordinate business analysis, documentation, and requirements gathering
Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams
Execute and track DevSecOps-related improvements
Maintain backlog transparency and support sprint planning
