Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

Location: Hybrid ( Local to Silicon Valley preferred or willing to do temporary relocation/2 days onsite/ after July 1 st , 3 days onsite

RATE: $70-75 C2C all inclusive

Client: Santa Clara County or County of Santa Clara

Contract Duration: 9-12 mos

Objective:

Resource will provide daily functional/security support in the SAP ECC environment, perform S/4 HANA upgrade testing, and Fiori App research/implementation.

Typical Deliverables:

• Resolve end user support requests – Contract end date

• Load data files for COVID Dashboard reporting, Ariba Spend Visibility, P-Card, & JE –Contract end date

• Creating/maintain master data requests – Contract end date

• Research issues/solutions include performing tests on solution – Contract end date

• Assist in analysis of Fiori Apps with County business process – Contract end date

• Provide S/4 implementation support:

o Sandbox

o Development

o QA

o Production

Typical Responsibilities:

• Resolve security requests for access to SAP ERP

• Respond to stakeholders to understand and document business requirements to solve issues.

• Understand County business requirements and write specifications.

• Create/maintain Master Data Requests.

• Troubleshoot problems, identify causes, analyze and resolve system issues.

• Develop, configure, and test possible solutions.

• Load files from various sources for COVID Dashboard reporting, Ariba Spend Visibility, PCard processing, and journal entries.

• Create, perform, execute, document unit and integration testing.

• Research Fiori App for County business process.

• Research and document issues/solution include performing tests for resolution. Includes communicating with SAP vendor on solution.

• Perform other related support duties as required.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.

• Three (3) years of experience providing technical and/or analytical support in functional area.

• Knowledge of S/4 HANA, including implementation from ECC to S/4.

• Knowledge in implementation of Fiori security and applications.

• Knowledge of SAP configuration and module integration (MM, FICO, Fixed Asset)

• Knowledge of accounting principles

Contract Term: 9-12 months
