PHP/Laravel/MySQL – at least one dev needs this

If not Laravel, strong PHP skills with some other major framework (they are all similar)

Frontend: Svelte, React, strong JavaScript skills in general

Svelte is hard to find, this is a nice to have

TypeScript is a must

Node – major plus considering future direction

API Design experience

AWS – Must have experience here

IaC a plus: one of AWS SAM, CDK, Terraform, Serverless Framework

Serverless a plus: most of lambdas, SNS, SQS, Event Bridge, Dynamo, RDS, API Gateway

EKS or ECS a plus
