Certified ServiceNow Developer

MUST HAVE Required Skills

· US Citizenship Required.

· 4+ years of experience with ServiceNow configuration, customization, scripting, and development.

· Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· Excellent technical skills, including: ServiceNow scripting (e.g., Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer), ServiceNow configuration (e.g., tables, fields, forms).

· Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration technologies, including IntegrationHub, Action Designer, and Data Sources.

· Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow back-end functionality and operations, including working across multiple application scopes, and system table structure.

· Demonstrated organization skills to successfully track, manage, and report on the status of a wide variety of deliverables in an agile environment.

· Proven experience with ServiceNow development including core modules such as ITSM, CMDB, workflows/flows, and custom app development, and integrations.

· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced remote-work environment.

· Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

· Experience supporting ServiceNow applications design, and ability to plan a build from concept and basic requirements in a minimum viable product fashion.

Responsibilities

• · Develop and maintain custom applications, workflows/flows, APIs and other capabilities as needed/assigned.

• · Develop and maintain unit tests as part of development cycle.

• · Maintain Knowledge Articles as associated with functionality and as assigned.

• · Collaborate on the development and implementation of enhancements to ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and others.

• · Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• · Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
