About the role
Title: Enterprise Systems Engineer
Duration : 12+ months
Location : Remote
Interview process : 2 rounds of MS Teams video interview
Must have required experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
Minimum of ten years of experience across the full System Development Life Cycle, including requirements analysis, application development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting legacy C# code.
Strong leadership capability- This includes the ability to guide others, influence technical direction, and operate effectively in situations requiring ownership and initiative. Additionally, the position requires recent, hands-on experience with SQL and C#
Proficiency with SQL, data analysis, and database queries to support reporting, troubleshooting, and system validation.
Experience working with web services, APIs, and enterprise application integrations.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and related Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.
Experience troubleshooting production issues, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions in enterprise application environments.
Familiarity with automation tools, scripting, macros, and process optimization techniques that improve operational efficiency.
Experience conducting code reviews, providing technical guidance, and mentoring engineers or analysts on development and implementation activities.
Experience supporting enterprise applications within regulated or data-intensive industries, such as healthcare, insurance, or financial services, is preferred.
