Job Description

Responsibilities

• Configure, support, and maintain Epic Tapestry modules related to Eligibility, Enrollment, and Utilization Management

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze workflows and implement system enhancements or optimizations

• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions

• Participate in testing, validation, and documentation of system changes

• Support interface integrations between Tapestry and other Epic or third-party systems

• Provide user support, training, and knowledge sharing for operational teams

• Partner with cross-functional IT and business teams to ensure data accuracy and workflow efficiency

• Must Haves:

• Epic Tapestry Certification (Eligibility & Enrollment and/or Utilization Management required)

• Hands-on experience configuring and supporting Tapestry Managed Care workflows

• Strong understanding of payer operations, claims, benefits, and member management

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with testing, documentation, and change management processes
