About the role
ERP Business Analyst
Location: St. Louis, MO or Dallas, TX (Hybrid – onsite required)
Work Status: US Citizen / Green Card preferred (open to future sponsorship)
Role Overview
Seeking an ERP Business Analyst to support and enhance the CMiC ERP system (or similar ERP such as Oracle, SAP, Workday) with a focus on Project Financials and Controls . The analyst will lead requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, and support of ERP modules in the construction domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements, workflows, and system improvements.
Lead design, implementation, testing, and training for ERP modules.
Support integration across applications and liaise with vendors.
Drive change management and ensure successful ERP adoption.
Required Skills:
3+ years in ERP systems analysis, delivery, or support.
Strong experience with Project Management/Financial modules : Project Controls, Job Costing, Job Billing, Subcontract Management, Change Management.
ERP experience with CMiC strongly preferred; Oracle, SAP, or Workday acceptable.
Construction industry experience (GC, subcontractor, or owner) with large-scale projects.
Familiarity with Primavera P6, Procore, Textura, Power BI .
SQL knowledge and strong communication skills.
Nice-to-Have:
Bachelor's degree.
Agile project delivery experience.
